Here it is! Build 5196 has the new PKG System implemented! Also Added a Program Manager to which from Uninstall any Packages installed. The File system was added 2 sub folders, APPS\UNINST which contains the Installation Programs for the Batch Files, and DLLFILES\PKG which has Package Registration for the Program Manager to read. It's actually rather simple to program a package. An Example Package is in the ISO, and contains the Program "Dummy File Creator Version 1.0" Which is as the name suggests, a Dummy file creator. The Package System works as Follows:

• Folder PKG at root of Installation Medium
• PKG.bat
• Special Program Registration
• Naming of the Program in a file that the PROGMAN Reads
• Has location of Installation Program
• Uninstaller Creation 
• Just a collection of Delete commands of the Program, The Program's Files (If Any) and deletion of the Registration.
• PKGNAME.txt
• Name of the Program for the PKG installer to read.
• PKG (Another Folder)
• Installation Files
