Igtampe DOS Luna (Update 1) BETA (Build 5230)

Hello to all! Just updating the Previous Beta Users to Build 5230. This update brings several patches for the PKG System, including some bugs that happened when uninstalling a program whose uninstaller had been previously deleted. I also made some minor touch ups with the First Run loader with a new progress bar. This update does NOT include the small example package as that is not the main focus of the update. A full list of updates is found bellow. Make sure you are updating from Build 5196.

CHANGES FROM 5196 TO 5230:

• Added a Shortcut system (This can be a single line of command, or a multiple lined batch file)
• This can be done using the SHRTCTMAN command
• Added the ability to make a custom theme 
• Added the LAVA theme (Doesn't look too good due to lack of orange for the command line)
• Added a nice 12 second loading screen for the User Environment loading screen
• I know some people may dislike this, so just hold ENTER to speed up.
• This does run with a Direct boot.
• Sped Up the Post-Hibernation sequence, plus made it flash into the main screen like the Loading Screen mentioned before.
• Touched up the Post-Crash procedure to make it look nicer.
• Updated the Time Utility to display only the time in HH:MM and in 12-hour time.
• Changed theme Mid Blue to Ocean
• Updated Alarms to 3.1
• Igtampe DOS now logs on which computer it was started
• FIXED BUGS:
• Fixed Bug that would make Some secrets not log to the Logfile
• Fixed Bug that would make theme Midnight not work
• If not already, fixed bug that would make holding Enter repeat a command
• If already, fixed bug that would make repeating a command not work
• Fixed the Uninstaller permanently to erase all files that are within IGT.
• Fixed Alignment Bug on the Main Loading Screen.
