Igtampe DOS Luna (Update 1) BETA Build 5231

Here is that Patch! (That was way quicker than I Expected...). Here is a full notice:

CHANGE LOG:

• Added a Patch that made the flash not run on computers running Windows XP and 2000 using a small signal file made in the Update and Install procedure.
• Updated Backup and Restore
• Restore now scans for all drives and shows which has a backup and which version at a glance
• Fixed a small alignment bug on Backup
