Igtampe DOS Luna (Update 1) BETA Build 5232

This is a SMALL BUT CRUCIAL PATCH for 5231 XP Users. There was a bug where the User Environment, AKA Themes and Default Boot Directory, Where not set due to skipping it! This fixes that.

CHANGELOG:

• Fixed small bug which made the User Environment not load for users of Windows 2000 and XP.
