A Breakthrough with delays

Earlier yesterday, I was able to make a breakthrough using VBS. We're now going to use that instead of Timeout.  I've already Ported it to a prototype Network Services project i've been working on, and it works great. It just leaves some files behind. I'm working on porting it to Igtampe DOS. Maybe by the end of today.
