Igtampe Dos LUNA Service Pack 2 BETA (Build 5266)

It's Finally Here. The First version of Igtampe DOS that is FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS XP!!!! and 2000 too  (Hooray...?). The new system for delays makes Igtampe DOS a Hybrid code of Batch and VBSCRIPT, using the VBS command WScript.Sleep. Igtampe DOS Generates a VBS file, runs it, and then continues. Instead of using START, Simply putting in it's own line of text, making it wait for the specified Milliseconds. Afterwards, it deletes the file, leaving no evidence behind. This also let's me speed up certain things to be less than 1 second. Thanks to this I've been able to speed up the boot and Shutdown process animation. This new API is going to be REAL Handy with all my programs. Fast animations down to just 2 milliseconds, though less than 10 produces a glitch stating the command so expect just as fast as 10, on all versions of windows I support. I've applied the API to all apps of Igtampe DOS that used Timeout too, along with the Installer, which I've also modified to accept Windows XP and 2000 as Completely supported. I'm just SO glad to get this Ginormous bug out of the way. It's been nearly 20 Releases of Igtampe DOS. This is one of the BIGGEST changes on an update, that i feel this might just be another release altogether and ditch the service pack. Anywho, enough stalling.
