Igtampe DOS Luna Service Pack 2, IT'S HERE!

Ready for release! Just some more fixes, this time on the applications. Oh, and BTW, Alarms finally works! I Fixed a bug when writing the time, which made it impossible to find. Also added a new SoundPlay API I Made binding two smaller APIs together (Those two aren't mine so yeah). I Also added the Message Maker API to Alarms to make the Pop-Ups look much better. I may just implement these systems later on Igtampe DOS along with my Voice Generator API. All of these are powered with VBS. I'll be taking a break from Igtampe DOS Development so don't expect Igtampe DOS Luna SP3 for now, or what I Believe will be next, Igtampe DOS Sol. Anywho, Here it is, not many changes, but the changes there are are HUGE.
